NBO BONUS

Our New Business Opportunity incentive program offers financial rewards for all reps that win new business for Quantum.


REBATES

The Alliance program offers Premier-level partners up to a 4% rebate, and Expert-level partners are eligible for up to an 8% rebate which includes a base rate rebate, an annual target rate rebate, and on Strategic Growth Products.

New Business Opportunity Incentive (NBO) Program
The NBO rewards all partner levels that bring and close new business with Quantum.
The NBO, covering Quantum-branded hardware, accessories, and subscriptions, automates award calculations and payments through XTRM*. This payment platform allows you to select your preferred award receipt method.

NBO ELIGIBLE DEALS  BONUS
Quantum net-new customer (2-year lookback period) 2%

Upgrades sold to current customers are not eligible. A new opportunity within an existing Quantum customer pertains to a distinct business opportunity at a single Quantum client, not previously recorded or forecasted in Quantum's Salesforce.com system at the time of registration.
SPIF AWARD PROCESS
The NBO does not require you to submit a claim.

  • When a qualified deal closes, a pending award payment is created for you automatically.
  • Once approved, XTRM, a global payments platform, sends you an email notification that your award is ready for you to pick up.
  • XTRM walks you through the onboarding process automatically when you receive your first award - no need to pre-register.
  • The link in the email takes you to your XTRM wallet. You choose how you want to cash out your award (Bank, Gift Card, Virtual VISA, Check).

Training Certification Program
Training certification is required for Quantum Alliance partners to retain Expert- or Premier-level membership and for Sales Reps to receive New Business Opportunity Incentive Program (NBO) awards. The Quantum Certified Sales Professional course is available online at no cost and takes 60 minutes to complete.
